Sabine Hairabedian, our R&D wizard, is constantly searching the globe for new products that could help our customers live more independently and increase the ability of their caregivers.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. This product here is a great concept, but it doesn’t really work, and it can’t go into someone's home if it’s not going to execute properly.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Here’s a funny take of us trying it out. Who knows, we might take this concept and build our own and enhance it. Either way, never a dull moment at OTM. On to the next one.
