- Hi guys, Liam here from On The Mend Medical Supplies and Equipment. Real quick, we're gonna start doing quick product demos for you and I wanted to start with this.
This is the RAZ-AT Rehab Chair, what I consider, it's a 3-in-1 bath commode and shower chair. So therefore, as you can see, it's got the commode pull out here, so you can use it as a commode. It's also used for transport into the shower, you can pull it over a toilet, and therefore your patient or loved one can go to their own bathroom and use it rather than using like a bedside commode or something like that. The arms lift up so that you can side transfer in using a sliding board or something like that. The other great feature about this when you get into a shower or when you're transporting someone that's suffering from a disease that attacks the motor skills is you can actually tilt in space. And actually get them into a comfortable position for showering.
So when you do a barrier free shower, like we do Bestbath, you could bring them right into the shower like so, you can wash them, therefore have them back and comfortable. This tilt space position is known to keep the pressure on the back rather than the buttocks where pressure sores mouth the most. So, therefore, it's the RAZ-AT Chair, great company, great chair, allows somebody to still use their own bathroom, so it's dignified, go into a shower. It certainly water you know, built for water. It's titanium. It's lightweight, it's got locking casters on it. All the great benefits, so if you're bringing a patient or loved one home and you need rehab type equipment, this is a great start for you with your RAZ-AT Rehab Chair. Just another thing we're bringing to you On The Mend.
Certainly, it's a pressure reducing seat that also, like I said, it's a commode based and therefore you can pull it over the toilet. On The Mend, out. Thanks for coming in today. Talk to you soon.
The Raz-AT (Attendant Tilt) mobile shower commode chair tilts up to 40° to provide extra pressure reduction and comfort. The unique frame design utilizes locking gas springs that help lift the seat to an upright position, making the Raz-AT one of the easiest tilting mobile shower chairs to operate.
The Raz-AT mobile shower commode chair comes standard with the Ischial & Pelvic Alignment System (IPAS), 4” of height adjustment, adjustable-tension back upholstery, molded headrest and fixture, 5” dual-locking casters, flip-up padded armrests, and a commode pan. The easy-to-clean, polished stainless steel frame fits over most toilets and is designed for easy side and front access by the user or attendant.
