Meet Arti, our Digital Marketing Specialist. Arti is already fully in the On The Mend family and the On The Mend way! We are so excited to have her technical & creative experience!
1. Where did you grow up, how big of family?
I grew up in India, where my mom and sister still live. I’m the younger of the two siblings.
2. What have you done professionally?
Throughout my career, I have worked in marketing across multiple industries. I spent two years in the education industry before I decided to pursue my master’s. I earned my MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven in 2024 and later worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at a healthcare company.
3. Favorite job & why?
Before OTM, my favorite job was working as a PR and Marketing Specialist at a luxury clothing company. I was responsible for managing brand promotions, social media campaigns and public relation efforts to enhance brand visibility. I enjoyed collaborating with influencers and developing marketing strategies that increased sales and customer engagement.
4. How do you like spending free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, hiking and watching Netflix.
5. 2025 goal(s)?
My professional goal for 2025 is to become an expert in my role and on a personal level, I aim to practice yoga every day to stay balanced and healthy.
6. Why do you like working at OTM?
I enjoy working at OTM because the team is amazing. Everyone is incredibly supportive and dedicated, which makes it a great environment to grow and succeed together.
7. Favorite restaurant or things to cook & eat?
My favorite restaurant in Connecticut is Jewel of Himalaya. I absolutely love their Indian dishes and I’m also a big fan of Italian cuisine.
8. Favorite Travel Destination?
Maldives. Who wouldn’t want to wake up to a view of the ocean and a sunrise everyday? 😁
