Meet Clint, a Valued On The Mend Team Member.
Clint ensures every piece of equipment is meticulously cleaned, maintained, and ready to go from our warehouse to your doorstep. We are so happy to have you in the team, Clint.
1. Where did you grow up, how big was your family?
I grew up in Palos Heights, IL, a south suburb outside of Chicago. I’m the youngest in my family with an older brother and sister that still live in the Midwest.
2. What have you done professionally?
I began my career at DunsNet, a division of Dun & Bradstreet, as a Data Communications Specialist in Chicago. Over the years, I worked in several cities, including Green Bay, Waltham, Stamford, and Shelton, as a Senior Network Support Specialist. After DunsNet merged with Sprint, I became a Solution Design Engineer in Purchase, NY. Later, I worked as a Field Tech for Ambient and as a Home Medical Equipment Technician at Lincare before joining On The Mend.
3. Favorite job and why?
I’d have to say my favorite job before working at On The Mend was DunsNet. I loved traveling to all the various locations and providing network support to the other technicians. While I was at the Corporate Headquarters for training, I met my future wife and we actually just celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary.
4. How do you like spending free time?
I enjoy spending my free time with my family. I also enjoy watching the N.Y. Yankees and the Chicago Bears (still waiting for the Bears to repeat the 85/86 season!).
5. 2025 and beyond goals?
My current goal is to become knowledgeable with all of the On The Mend products and services.
6. Why do you like working at OTM?
Working at On The Mend is a real pleasure! The team has been very friendly and welcoming and I’m really impressed by all of their knowledge and professionalism. Everyday is something different. I love knowing that I’m helping people to be able to live more independently and for their families to be able to care for their loved ones. I know first hand how that is since my support needs brother in law lives with us and requires around the clock care.
7. Favorite restaurant or things to cook and eat?
My favorite restaurant has to be the Carriage House located in Patterson, NY. It has a very casual, country style atmosphere and has great food to match. One of my favorite things to order there is called the Mcrip-off which is their version of the Big Mac. The Mac N’ Cheese Bites appetizer can’t be beat either!
8. Travel destination?
I honeymooned in Hawaii and would really love to go back there someday. I’m also a huge Elvis fan and have been to Memphis three times to visit Graceland.
