Sara has quickly embraced the On The Mend team and the On The Mend way! We’re excited to have her positivity and passion for helping others on board.
Where Did You Grow Up?
I grew up in Newtown, CT. My family includes my mom, dad, and brother and I’m the oldest of the two of us!
What Have You Done Professionally?
I am a recent graduate from Keene State College as of May 2025. I graduated with a bachelor of science in health sciences along with a minor in addictions.
What Has Been Your Favorite Job So Far?
Other than this job of course, I used to waitress and that job was always a joy to be able to interact with customers and see new people everyday.
How Do You Spend Your Free Time?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going to our favorite place which is Newfound Lake in NH. I also enjoy gardening and taking care of my succulent plants.
What Are Your Goals for 2025?
My goals are to learn more everyday I think learning is so fun and you can never get enough information about anything. I want to keep learning and challenge myself while also growing mentally.
Why Do You Enjoy Working at On The Mend?
I like working at On The Mend because we have an opportunity to help people. The connections that we make with our customers is so special. It’s been a pleasure being able to connect with amazing coworkers and introduce myself to old and new customers that come in.
Favorite Food and Restaurants?
My favorite food to cook is tacos. My mom always makes fried soft shells and over the years I have learned to make them the same way she does and it’s always so awesome making the tacos for friends and family and seeing how much everyone enjoys them.
Favorite Travel Destination?
One of the most beautiful places I’ve traveled to is St. John Virgin Islands. My favorite place to travel to is the lakes region in NH. It is such a beautiful area and it feels like an escape from the world when we are up there. It’s a nice chance to connect with nature.
